POSITION SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for providing client services to support and expand the firm’s current Family Business and Organizational Development consulting work. This work encompasses a variety of service areas, noted below, in a number of different industries, including manufacturing, construction, banking, not-for-profit, and professional services.

Because of the breadth of service areas and responsibilities, an applicant’s experience and desired focus in any one of the areas of service is expected; along with a desire to expand into other areas in the future. This position will run projects and will be eventually responsible for duties involving business development and acquiring new work. 

This position reports to the Vice President and helps to develop strategies for growth, positive change, and improvement for the department and the firm overall. They help to oversee some daily operations within the department while helping to manage and guide the department’s junior consultants and associates.

QUALIFICATIONS:

·         Bachelor's degree

·         7+ years of experience in a business/operations/management environment, demonstrating career progression

·         Knowledge of business and management principles such as those involved in strategic planning, succession planning, leadership coaching, professional development, etc.

·         Experience with Microsoft Office products
